We are searching for a dedicated and passionate Early Years Teacher to join one of Randstad's welcoming partnership schools in Watford. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to inspire and guide young learners through their early educational journey, with access to modern facilities and wonderful indoor and outdoor learning areas. Your Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging lessons and activities for children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Foster a supportive and stimulating learning environment that encourages exploration + creativity
  • Focus on social development and enhancing early childhood experiences
  • Conduct ongoing assessments and observations to track children's progress
  • Tailor learning experiences to pupils individual needs to aid their development
  • Collaborate with parents and caregivers to promote continuity between home and school
  • Implement EYFS curriculum frameworks and school policies effectively, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment for all children.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and school events to contribute to the overall success of the early years provision

Your Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification in early years education
  • Experience working with young children in an early years setting (essential)
  • Sound understanding of child development principles and best practices in early years education
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Passion for early years education and a commitment to promoting the holistic development of young learners
