LWC Drinks are more than just a distributor and at 24th place in the Sunday Times PWC Profit Track 100, they have become the fastest growing privately owned drinks company in Britain. Their aim is to provide the best customer service in the industry, as well as an impressive and extensive portfolio of products. Currently LWC Drinks employ over 1500 people, they have 17 distribution centres across the UK as well as a Support Centre and Hub distribution centre based in Chadderton, in Manchester.

Overview: The eCommerce lead is a critical role responsible for driving growth and optimisation for LWC and Click N Drink’s online sales channels. This position requires a unique blend of technical, analytical, strategic & management skills to ensure that the eCommerce platform is meeting the customer needs in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. You will be responsible for LWC’s customer ordering portal and the upkeep of our public facing websites for the business. This role is open to both Graduates and Non-Graduates with relevant expertise.

Key responsibilities:
1. Website Management:
Oversee the management & optimisation of the company’s B2C and B2B eCommerce websites and corporate sites.
2. Analytics & Reporting:
Continuously monitor and analyse performance, sales data and customer behaviour to identify opportunities from improvement and informed strategic decision-making.
3. Collaboration & Project Management:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Marketing, product, to ensure seamless execution of eCommerce initiatives and projects. Including collaboration with the marketing team to create compelling online campaigns and promotions to drive traffic and increase conversion rates.
4. Management and People Development
Lead and manage the eCommerce team to drive and deliver the key objectives for all of the LWC B2B and B2C websites and continue to grow a talented team as our business expands.

Who we are looking for :
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
o Positive, outgoing, and personable with the ability to communicate at all levels is essential.
o An excellent communicator and influencer, you'll rely on your strong communication and inter-personal skills to work with colleagues right across the business.
• Digital and data savvy
o You'll have demonstrable skills in the latest e-commerce, web, app and data technologies and analytics, along with a keen interest in emerging technologies and a willingness to look at things differently.
o You'll also take a data driven approach to deliver the right business outcomes and have familiarity with eComm platforms (e.g. Magento, Shopify, BigCommerce).
o Experience with project management and agile methodologies is also welcomed.
o Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and data analysis is essential.
• Customer focussed.
o You'll have a great sense of what customers want and how they will use it, alongside the ability to identify target markets and how best to reach them.
o You will have deep knowledge of eCRM initiatives to enhance customer retention and maximise revenue.
• Commercially aware
o Strong commercial awareness and forward thinking, with the ability to embrace and drive change.
• Proven track record of measurable success
o Previous experience within eCommerce of at least 3 years, you'll have a background in a similar role or maybe working up to this role and are looking for a permanent step up.
