Position: ECT Teacher

Location: Cheshire, United Kingdom

Salary: £130-£160 per day

The Role: As an ECT Teacher, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young learners while gaining valuable experience in a supportive environment. You will work closely with experienced educators to develop your teaching skills and contribute to the success of our partner schools in Cheshire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
  • Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as needed
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the school community

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending ECT status
  • Passion for teaching and learning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Commitment to continuous professional development
