Senior Recruitment Consultant / Branch Manager

In the realm of Educational Recruitment, nurturing relationships is paramount. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant / Branch Manager, you'll thrive on building connections, spending your days engaging with clients and supply staff both over the phone and in person. Your success hinges on a sales-driven mindset.

Previous experience in Educational Recruitment is essential, particularly with Primary, SEND and Secondary schools. You'll embark on a journey of continuous development with a personalised growth plan tailored to your aspirations within the organisation.

You will be the focal point for Brighton with further investment available to build a team around your initial success. Prospero has an unrivalled story in opening and supporting new divisions and we want to expand our team in the South of England.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with new and existing schools.
  • Visit schools to comprehend their needs and articulate how we can support them.
  • Attract and match health and social care professionals to school requirements.
  • Utilise various channels such as job boards, social media, and our website for advertising.
  • Conduct candidate interviews.
  • Fill school vacancies on both supply and contract bases.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated success in recruitment/sales.
  • Proficiency in compliance with a grasp of specific requirements.
  • Understanding of the recruitment landscape, especially within education.
  • Experience managing high workloads and tight deadlines.
  • Superb communication skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure.
