As part of our growth strategy, we are actively seeking talented and self-driven Education Recruitment Consultants to join our expanding team in Cambridge. We are due to open an office and are on the search for experienced local consultants!

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with schools and educational institutions to understand their staffing needs.
• Recruit, interview, and assess candidates to match them with suitable teaching positions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Work towards achieving and exceeding set targets.

Requirements:

• Reside in Cambridgeshire or willing to relocate.
• Demonstrated self-drive and motivation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in education recruitment or a related field is desirable.
