As an Education Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting the diverse needs of our students, including those with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), complex needs, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and challenging behaviours. Working closely with experienced educators and compassionate staff, you will contribute to the implementation of personalised education plans and provide invaluable one-on-one or small group support to students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation of personalised education plans.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students.
  • Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents for a holistic approach to education.

Requirements for this role:

  • Genuine passion for working with students with special needs.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to the unique needs of each student.
  • Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
  • CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible.
  • Legal right to work in the UK.
