In line with their expansion plans and focus on operational efficiency, we are currently seeking a highly skilled Electrically Biased Maintenance Engineer to join their dynamic team.

Position: Electrically Biased Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on electrical systems and equipment within the manufacturing facility.
  • Diagnose electrical faults, troubleshoot machinery, and implement corrective measures to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.
  • Execute preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the reliability and longevity of electrical systems and equipment.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance operational performance.
  • Adhere strictly to safety protocols and regulations while working on electrical systems to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record as an Electrically Biased Maintenance Engineer
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electrical systems, PLCs, motors, and control systems.
  • Strong understanding of electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Thorough knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to electrical work.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
