Due to my clients continued success in the personal injury field, they are looking to recruit dedicated file holders with at least 3yrs experience to join their Personal Injury Department with specialised experience of running Fast Track and Multi Track EL/PL cases from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle a varied caseload of personal injury matters, including but not limited to workplace injuries and public liability claims.
  • Conduct initial client consultations and assess the viability of claims.
  • Gather evidence, draft legal documents, and prepare cases for litigation if necessary.
  • Negotiate settlements with opposing parties and insurance companies.
  • Provide regular updates to clients and manage expectations throughout the legal process.
  • Stay abreast of changes in legislation and case law relevant to personal injury claims.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and support staff to ensure efficient case management and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law.
  • Proven track record of successfully handling personal injury cases from start to finish.
  • Strong understanding of relevant legislation, regulations, and legal principles.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality legal services with integrity and empathy.
