A leading global organisation seeks a talented EMEA Total Rewards Senior Manager to join their dynamic HR team in Middlesex.
  
In this strategic role, you'll play a pivotal role in leading the design, development, and implementation of reward programs, policies, and procedures across the entire EMEA region.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive total rewards strategies for the EMEA region.
  • Partner with talent management and people development colleagues to ensure a holistic employee experience.
  • Drive HR Mid-Term Plan objectives, ensuring the long-term vision and strategy for total rewards management is established, implemented, and delivered.
  • Provide strategic guidance and expertise on reward programs, policies, and practices to HR business partners and local teams across EMEA.
  • Manage and analyse reward data to ensure program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant compensation and benefits trends within the EMEA region.
  • Oversee the annual salary review and bonus processes for EMEA executives.
  • Manage and mentor reward team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
 
You'll be a great fit if you have:
  • A minimum of 8+ years of experience in total rewards management, ideally within a large, international organisation.
  • Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing total rewards programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels.
  • Experience working in a matrix environment and influencing decisions without direct reporting lines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
