Element Recruitment are working with a leading professional services business based in Bristol who are looking for an Employee Relations Advisor to join them on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the Employee Relations Manager, the main focus of this role is to manage ER cases in line with legislation and company policy as well as coaching, guiding and training managers on ER related topics. In this role, you will also be responsible for proposing ideas and solutions to aid continual improvement and getting involved in the wider people vision projects.

Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters
- Investigate and resolve employee complaints, grievances, and conflicts
- Collaborate with HR team to develop and implement policies and procedures related to employee relations
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Provide coaching and training to managers on effective employee relations practices
- Maintain accurate records of all employee relations activities

Requirements:
- Experience in an HR employee relations role
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in HRIS systems (PeopleSoft, Workday) and ATS systems
- Ability to analyse data and provide insights for decision-making
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation

This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR professional looking to develop their career with a supportive HR team. The role is paying £27,000 - £29,000 with hybrid working available.
