My client is looking for a Enforcement Agent to be responsible for visiting debtor's properties to arrange payment of outstanding debts, setting up and agreeing repayment arrangements, assisting debtors in completing questionnaires, taking control of goods where required, and compiling short reports about visits, along with any necessary paperwork. The role also involves assessing debtor vulnerability and signposting them to support services if required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visiting debtor's properties to arrange payment of outstanding debts.
- Setting up and agreeing repayment arrangements
- Assisting debtors in completing questionnaires
- Taking control of goods where required
- Compiling short reports about visits, along with any necessary paperwork
Required knowledge and experience:
- No previous experience is required
- A full UK driving license (held for at least 2 years) and ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles
If you are a people person who is persuasive, trustworthy, cool, calm and collected when dealing with pressured situations, and enjoy adapting to new situations and environments, then this role could be for you. The successful applicant would be required to undertake a DBS and CCJ/IVA check before an offer of employment is made.
