New Teacher Role:

Minimum Requirements:

- QTS or QTLS Qualification

- Up-to-date safeguarding and child protection qualifications/knowledge and experience

Ideal Candidate Qualities:

- Excellent understanding of English curriculum and its application to students with SEN

- Passionate about fostering literacy skills and a love for literature among students

- Ability to engage and support students with diverse learning needs in English language and literature
