Requirements:

• Hold a recognised teaching qualification, such as Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), specialising in English or a related discipline.
• Demonstrate genuine enthusiasm for English language and literature, instilling a love for learning in students and inspiring them to reach their full potential.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/guardians.
• Maintain a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, ensuring adherence to all safeguarding procedures and background checks.
