Estate Agency Director
We have a rare and exciting opportunity to join our clients who are now looking to add to their Yorkshire operation with an Estate Agency Director.
Our clients are highly successful and well-established with multiple branches across the South Yorkshire area that believe in rewarding, supporting and recognising its staff.
This position will see the successful individual working across numerous branches in the Yorkshire area but mainly based from one of the Sheffield branches.
Ideally, for this position, they are seeking an experinced Director with a proven track record of delivering success. However, they may also be open to an exceptional Senior Branch Manager who is looking for the next step up in their career.
Working hours:
- Full time
- Monday to Friday
- Hybrid working is available
The successful Estate Agency Director will be offered:
- Basic of up to £70,000
- Great commission structure with on-target earnings of £100,000+

To be considered for the Estate Agency Director role you must have:
- A successful proven history in leadership and management. Ideally as a Director, but they would be open to an exceptional Senior Branch Manager who has experience managing multiple offices
- Strong track record in Estate Agency
- Ability to train and coach team members to maximise performance and success
- High standards and a desire to grow the division
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong communication skills; both written, verbal and interpersonal (presentation skills would also be beneficial)
- Analytical - with the ability to collect data from the branches and produce reports
Key tasks as the Estate Agency Director will include but will not be limited to:
- Operating across all business streams within the Division to maximise operational efficiency.
- Building and developing a highly effective Divisional Management Team whilst embedding the core behaviours, values and principles of the Company
- Creating and driving a culture of coaching, that leads to high performance
- Driving the performance and profitability levels forward
- Staff training and recruitment
- Meetings and KPIs
- Working collaboratively across the wider business and departments
- Ensuring compliance with the Division at all times
