An excellent opportunity has become available for an Estate Agent  Sales Negotiator  looking to join this super lovely, welcoming independent Estate Agent in the Moseley area of Birmingham.

This well mutil branch brand has a grat reputation and has built a thriving sales business from this. My client is currently looking for a proven, Estate Sales Negotiator to join the team in this successful office. 

Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Benefits

  • A strong basic salary of up to £25,000
  • £30k OTE+

The successful Estate Sales Negotiator  will have experience as an Sales Negotiator already ideally within the local market. 

Within this role the Estate Agent Sales Negotiator will be responsible for:

  • Generate both viewings and valuations
  • Conduct viewings
  • Negotiate and close on sales
  • Be a natural go getter and want to deliver the best service in the area at all times
  • Canvassing for new business, generating appointments
  • Support the wider team and company to achieve its goals
  • Market new stock and generate interest

Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Experience Needed

  • Previous experience is essential

  • You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
  • You will have solid IT skills 
  • You will be well spoken and well presented
  • You will have excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of upmost importance
