A leading Estate Agent is looking for a new Senior Sales Negotiator to come in and join their successful Residential team based in Totteridge, N20. With 6 networked offices based in and around the area, this market-leading agency is looking for a candidate with at least 2+ years of Estate Agency experience and somebody who wants to learn everything there is to know about the industry in a supportive, hardworking, and competitive environment.

In return, the Senior Sales Negotiator will receive the following package:

  • £30,000 Basic salary
  • Commission (£60,000 OTE)
  • Car Allowance

Key duties of the Senior Sales Negotiator include:

  • Handling face-to-face and telephone enquiries from prospective buyers on a daily basis.
  • Carry out property viewings, highlighting the benefits of the location and amenities.
  • Negotiate offers with vendors and prospective applicants.
  • Communicate with solicitors to ensure a timely completion of negotiations.
  • Advising vendors on ways of increasing their property’s value.
  • Taking on new instructions and assisting in the preparation of details for window displays and websites.
  • Meeting and exceeding set monthly targets.
