Estates Supervisor required for an immediate start

Location:        Oxfordshire

Length:           temporary - ongoing

Hours:             37.5 hours a week, Mon – Fri

Main responsibilities of the role:

  • Support the Head of Estates to ensure the building/electrical/mechanical equipment is maintained to statutory and mandatory standards
  • Ensure the delivery of planned, reactive, emergency maintenance and minor works in agreed timescales providing a safe and secure environment for all staff and service users
  • Responsible for maintaining and refining the planned preventative maintenance, repair and replacement programmes, minor projects work, and ensuring that current legislation, regulations and safe systems of work are adhered to
  • Undertake PPM planning and contracts and service delivery management
  • Ensure statutory compliance to relevant legislation, regulations, codes of practice is maintained
  • Provide specialist advice to the Senior Engineer and Estates Services Manager

Essential requirements:

  • Your experience managing teams and overseeing maintenance tasks carried out by Electricians, Plumbers and Carpenters
  • Technical maintenance knowledge
  • Access to a vehicle and full, UK driving licence
