An international medical devices company who are a market leader in their therapeutic area are looking for an Events Logistics Manager to join their team in Slough on a full time, permanent basis.

As an Events Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating a portfolio of events, and training sessions. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating and planning exhibitions, managing event inventory and coordinating logistics for congresses and workshops
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to plan training courses and events, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies
  • Overseeing event budgets, bookings and contracts such as stand arrangements, supplier coordination and compliance with necessary documentation
  • Work with the wider team to ensure efficient equipment management, timely deliveries and smooth execution of exhibitions and training events

Requirements

  • Previous experience in event logistics preferably within the medical, healthcare, or life sciences sector
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
