Juice is excited to be working with this ambitious digital change management organisation that is looking for a Commercial Training/Events Coordinator to join their growing team.

Working as part of the End User adoption team, you will provide support in delivering their Digital Programme that helps clients enhance digital skills, capabilities, and confidence among employees in large organisations on a global scale.

As the Commercial Training/Events Coordinator you will be the primary point of contact for customers and be responsible for engaging with customer communities on a daily basis. The successful candidate will provide the latest Office tips and tricks, answer questions, and foster peer-to-peer learning.

What You Will Do:

  • Engage with customer communities daily, providing Office 365 tips and tricks.
  • Answer questions and encourage peer-to-peer learning.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers and communities.
  • Drive community engagement and facilitate open conversations.
  • Communicate technical solutions effectively to non-technical individuals.
  • Manage calendars and booking meetings.

What You Will Bring to the role:

  • Minimum 6 - 12 months experience in a commercial office environment.
  • Previous experience in training, events, and marketing would be a distinct advantage.
  • Experience in public speaking and engaging with large groups is desirable.
  • Positive, engaging, and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Creative and innovative problem solver.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Microsoft Teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Additional Job Info:

  • £25,000 - £28,000pa DOE
  • Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
  • Central office location
