GSL are presently collaborating closely with various educational institutions throughout Canterbury, all of which are actively seeking exam invigilators to commence duties as soon as possible.
Exam invigilator, this part-time opportunity facilitates fully flexible scheduling and offers a competitive hourly rate of £12.00. We are seeking individuals with a keen eye for detail, unwavering reliability, and a knack for thriving in collaborative team settings as an appropriate candidate for this particular exam invigilators position.
Role of the exam invigilator:
· Supervising students to prevent any misconduct during examinations.
· Distributing examination materials, including stationery and papers, to students.
· Enforcing strict adherence to exam regulations and conditions throughout the duration of the exam.
· Setting up and organizing examination venues to meet specified requirements.
· Offering assistance and support during emergencies such as illness or evacuations.
· Addressing any questions or concerns students may have regarding the exam process.
Please be advised that this particular exam invigilator requires a strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection, and that successful applicants must satisfy all background safer recruitment checks, including an enhanced DBS on the update service.
