Executive Assistant / Event Planner - Part time 22 hours per week
Mansfield - Hybrid Temp
c£24-£30,000 pro rata

Working for a government organisation which holds 3 board engagement events annually within England, Scotland ad Wales

The purpose of the Executive Assistant / Event Planner role will be to ensure that:

  • The current event planned in Bristol for July goes to plan and consult on planning the next event due on September.
  • Liaise with a range of stakeholders and visitors in planning and executing events and attendance.
  • Coordinate the work of others, and to engage and shepherd groups of people at all levels to deliver successful events.
  • Administration tasks including diary management
  • Attend meetings and take minutes as required.
  • Some travel may be required across the UK but this will be minimal if at all

The ideal candidate for the role of Executive Assistant / Event planner will:

  • Have experience of planning and / or managing events
  • Excellent administration skills with good use of MS Office packages
  • Highly organised with the ability to liaise with at all levels
  • Task-focussed and able to problem solve
  • Willing to travel if required
