Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage and coordinate schedules and meetings for the department.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Provide administrative support to the team.
  • Ensure smooth communication within the department and with external stakeholders.
  • Organise and maintain files and databases.

Profile

Person Specification:

  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Officer Suite.
  • A proactive and professional approach to work.
