GI Group are now seeking to appoint an Executive Office Administrator to our Education client based in Rotherham. The Executive Office Administrator would provide administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team and Governors. They will help ensure the Executive Office runs efficiently, supporting with the scheduling of diaries, organisation and administration of meetings, the organisation of functions and events, and assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.

Main Duties of the Executive Office Administrator:

  • Organise and manage diaries for the Senior Leadership Team on a daily basis
  • Arrange meetings and liaise with internal staff and managers to ensure efficient and effective scheduling of time
  • Liaise with external stakeholders to arrange events
  • Have responsibility for a number of management meetings which will involve arranging, taking and transcribing the meeting notes.
  • Arrange bookings, travel and accommodation for members of Senior Leadership Team.
  • Contribute to Cross College Events
  • Prepare Presentations for the Senior Leadership team to deliver
  • Work closely with the Curriculum Admin team to provide administration support in line with Curriculum delivery
  • Assist with any documentation required for Governance Meetings and Events.

Role Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a similar Personal Assistant/Executive Administrator role
  • Experience of diary management
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office applications
  • Level 3 Literacy and Numeracy
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people receiving education and training
  • Ability to prioritise workloads
