Our client is a leading Principle contractor in the UK that work on Design and Build contracts, specialising in full external envelope packages. They have vast experience in Fire remediation and new build projects including Curtain Walling, Windows and Doors, Roofing systems, specialised Renders, Rainscreen cladding and Steel Framing Systems.

They have the ability to manage full building envelope packages as well as the full project cycle from initial design to installation, working with their team of specialist project managers to ensure a quality finish.

As Facade Project Manager you will have the full responsibility of overseeing rainscreen cladding projects across the Manchester area. You will oversee all project elements for cradle to grave offering advice, instruction and guidance to site workers. You will ensure that projects are completed to program, in budget, and to deadline.

What's involved for the Façade Project Manager...

• Develop and implement detailed programmers and schedules which allow accurate monitoring and reporting of progress.
• Implement all statutory regulatory and company requirements for managing Health and Safety
• Ensure there is a successful and smooth handover of the project, including support to customer / end user throughout the handover process.
• Preparing risk registers and management of the mitigation/management strategy
• Monitoring and reporting on budgets, cash flow and profitability

What you'll need:

• MUST have knowledge of Façade/Building Envelope Systems
• MUST have site or project management experience
• MUST be able to drive and commute to sites as and when required
• MUST have CSCS Card
• MUST have SSSTS or SMSTS
