Facilities Technician
Based: Pulborough

Main Objectives - Facilities Technician
Ensure smooth facilities management across UK sites with autonomy to manage daily tasks to high standards, including occasional Friday afternoons and weekend work.

Key Responsibilities - Facilities Technician

  • Perform in-house PPM tasks for equipment like generators, compressors, AC, and air quality systems.
  • Conduct monthly safety checks and maintain Facilities Service Request Log.
  • Coordinate contractors for larger requests, assist with maintenance activities.
  • Ensure safe and timely completion of all tasks, monitor contractor activities.
  • Manage parts/equipment orders, conduct meter readings, and address waste issues.
  • Undertake larger facilities projects and respond to emergencies.
  • Adhere to company's Environmental, Health, and Safety Management Systems.


Skills & Experience - Facilities Technician

  • Build effective relationships, strong IT skills.
  • Decisive and professional under pressure.
  • Proficient in minor DIY tasks, plumbing, and electrical work.
  • Experience or qualification in electrical work preferred.
  • Understanding of Health and Safety protocols.
  • Manage small building projects with admin support.
  • Physically fit for lifting and working at heights.
  • Valid driving license required.


The role may entail additional duties as reasonably qualified.
