Are you an experienced manager within the Food industry looking for their next challenge in a fast growing business?

The company is a food manufacturing business operating out of Warrington, they pride themselves on quality and the growth they are seeing, they are now looking for a senior manager to join them on this journey.

About you

You will have experience managing across multiple functions within a food manufacturing setting, you will have strong communication skills and a proven record of managing and improving KPI results. You will have experience overseeing audits in factories preferably BRC and in achiveing the technical, safety, quality & legal standards required. Ideally you will currently report into someone at Directoral level and have autonomy over a production site.

The Position

On application I will get a full Job Description sent across. You will control the usage of all raw materials overseeing each stage of production from intake, recipe formulation, production, quality control and dispatch, as well as everything in between regarding support functions such as Engineering. Responsible for logistics and planning for the whole site and the subsequently sticking to said plan to ensure yeilds, rates and standards are met. Monitor KPIs and aid management in ensuring all staff to operative level are performing.
