Role: Family Law Solicitor/Childrens Solicitor - or CFILEX

Salary: Competitive in the market depending on Experience and Earning Capacity

Location: Northfield/ Birmingham

Years of PQE: Minimum 3 years

Panel Membership (Desired/Essential): Essential

Timings (Hours/days/Hybrid working): 9-1, 2-5 Monday to Friday - Current Fee Earners do work 1 day a week at home.

Parking: Yes, Free on Site or on side road

Size of Current team/department: Overall 5/6

My client is a medium sized multi-disciplinary law firm who are currently seeking a hardworking and experienced Panel Member Family Law Solicitor and or Childrens Lawyer Panel Member.

You will be an experienced Family Law solicitor

Duties In your role you will be responsible for:

· A range of public and private children cases

· Child abduction

· Child protection issues

· Special guardianship and adoption matters

· Divorce

· Financial remedy

· Cohabitation

· Domestic violence

· Injunctions

· Pre-nuptial agreements

· Undertaking your own advocacy

· LAA supervisor

Key Skills Required

· Must be a Qualified Family law solicitor 3 years PQE.

· Experience dealing with a range of Family Law matters is essential.

· Ability to strategically build and maintain a success and profitable department.

· Experience in conducting your own advocacy at court.

· Strong client care skills
