My Client is a B2B brand recognised across the world for their innovative products that have been a source of delight to many generations.
Now enjoying an a period of real growth they are now looking for a Field Sales Executive/ Business Development Manager to take advantage of their extraordinary popularity.
Working with large retail chains and independents, this national role will enable you to build on a very successful base.
Generous package includes a good base + car allowance and generous bonus.
The successful candidate should have the following characteristics:
* Intelligent salesmanship - the individual needs to use all sales skills and relationship building techniques to grow existing accounts and obtain new ones.
* Pro-active and enthusiastic self-starter, with demonstrable record of success in selling into RETAIL stores.
* Excellent communication skills: Must be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers alike - both in written and verbal formats
* Planning: Must have the ability to manage their time efficiently
* Initiative: Willing to act on own initiative and take decisions, but conscious of their role within the team framework
* Negotiation: Ability to reach a solution to the benefit of both the company and customer
* IT Systems: Ability to use word, excel and power point applications effectively.
* Analytical: Able to understand and interpret sales data, with the ability to present findings to both internal and external audiences
* This role requires UK travel, so job holder will possess a full UK driving license and passport and be prepared to stay away from home when required
