As a Field Sales Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to grow and protect existing customer accounts. Additionally, you’ll focus on acquiring new customers across a regional territory, aligning with our Sales strategy.

Role and Responsibilities:

Grow and service existing accounts.

Acquire new business, meeting both new business and retention targets.

Develop a strategic plan to protect, grow, and acquire business within the defined territory.

Accurately forecast and deliver against revenue and retention targets.

Represent the company to brand new customers at an appropriate level.

Emphasise the effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of sales activities, not just quantity.

Utilize the CRM system effectively to record, manage, and develop opportunities.


Person Specification:

The ideal candidate will be an experienced sales professional who excels in both hunting for new business and managing existing accounts. They thrive in a fast-paced commercial environment and are relentless in their pursuit of success. 

Key qualifications include:

Sales Strategy: Experienced in developing strategies to protect, grow, and acquire business from new and existing customers across the industry.

Outgoing and Self-Motivated: Brings positive energy and focus to their team and colleagues.

Adaptable: Open to change and willing to contribute innovative ideas to improve processes.

Driving licence essential

Must be available for company training academy in June 2024 (all expenses paid)
