Field Service Engineer - South East London

Position: Permanent

Location: South East London

Schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime hours with weekend coverage on rotation (1-in-4)

Salary: 31,000 to £34,000 DOE (opportunity to earn approx. £4,000 through OT & performance-related bonuses)

Purpose of Role:

As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing coffee equipment across various customer accounts. Your tasks will vary from planned maintenance to responding to machine malfunctions and breakdowns. With comprehensive training and support, you'll have autonomy in scheduling your day. This client prioritises safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction, ensuring you have the resources to deliver quality service.

Experience:

  • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing service role
  • Full driving license
