PIB Group Retford is looking for an Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our business operations within our finance department. You will be working alongside a team of professionals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our clients.

We are open to accommodating various working arrangements and are happy to discuss options for part-time, full-time, job share, and flexible hours

Responsibilities:

  • As a Finance Administrator in Cash Allocations at PIB Group, your responsibilities will include:
  • Cash Allocations: Downloading bank statements from multiple banks and allocating funds to various broking systems.
  • Dealing with Cheques: Allocate and bank cheques in line with FCA regulations
  • Email and telephone queries: To solve queries with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Personal and group inboxes: Keep on top of all the inboxes, and make sure everything is dealt with in a timely manner.
  • Training: Keep up to date with any CPD training requirements.

Skills

  • Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong planning and organisational abilities.
  • Excellent investigative skills leading to effective resolutions.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Proactive approach to handling queries and providing timely solutions
