My Clients Finance team is expanding, and they have an exciting opportunity available for a Finance Assistant to join the team on a permanent basis! In this role, you will report to the Company Accountant,

Duties & Responsibilities:

Producing Sales invoices and distributing them to clients
Liasing with Project Leaders throughout the business on all projects
Maintaining and updating the fee forecasts daily
Creating and processing Purchase Orders
Processing purchase invoices
Processing of the company credit card
Be able to deal with incoming accounts queries and provide resolutions in a timely manner.
Assist with Cashflow forecasting, month-end processes and monthly financial management accounts.

Candidate Requirements

AAT Qualified
Previous finance experience
Excellent communication skills
Working knowledge of Excel and SAGE
