Finance Associate

This global law firm are currently seeking a talented and ambitious Finance Associate to join their dynamic team in London.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in advising clients on a wide range of finance matters, including banking and finance transactions, debt capital markets, and structured finance.
• Conduct legal research, analyze complex financial documents, and provide strategic advice to clients.
• Draft and review finance-related agreements, contracts, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
• Collaborate closely with Partners and Senior Associates to support the needs of clients and contribute to the success of the finance practice.

The clientele encompasses private equity entities, pharmaceutical and biotech firms, financial institutions, mutual funds, hospital systems, and more.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with 2-4 years of post-qualification experience in finance law, gained at a reputable law firm.
• Strong academic background, with a focus on finance, banking, or related fields.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues at all levels.
• A proactive and adaptable approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work and exceeding client expectations.
• Membership in the Law Society of England and Wales is required.
