Finance Business Partner (Italian Speaking) - Burnley - £55,000-£60,000 + Bonus & Benefits- ACCA/CIMA/ACA- Fluency in Italian is a necessary requirement

IN2 Consult is partnering with a global organisation on the recruitment of a commercially savvy, fully qualified Finance Business Partner that is a fluent Italian speaker to join their finance function. This role will be the main business partner for the Italian region which has a revenue exceeding €1 Billion P/A.

The key duties of this role include:

  • Be the main business partner to the MDs throughout the Italian region using accounting to help drive the continued growth and profitability of the business unit
  • Partner with key stakeholders to produce complex financial analysis to help aid key decision making
  • Producing long term forecasts and budgets
  • Use of KPIs to drive efficiency and profitability
  • Drive process improvements and drive change from both a finance and commercial perspective
  • Line manage a team of 2 finance professionals
  • Ad-Hoc Duties

The ideal candidate for this Finance Business Partner role should have the following skillset:

  • Be a Fluent Italian Speaker- This is a necessary requirement for all applicants
  • ACCA/CIMA/ACA Fully Qualified
  • Strong experience in business partnering with the SLT and other non-finance stakeholders
  • Experience in producing financial analysis, budgets and forecasts
  • Strong communication skills
  • Results driven personality
