Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong and positive relationships with budget holders and senior management team, supporting them with analysis to drive commercial decisions.
- Update, maintain and development of weekly commercial trade packs.
- Ensure divisional heads understand and own their numbers by providing analysis that informs and aids decision making.
- Reviewing monthly sales consolidation and provide analysis.
- Work alongside the financial control team to attain key financial data.
- Assist head of business partnering to achieve tight deadlines in delivering budget.
- Seek commercial opportunities, cost efficiencies and control + manage risks.
- Competitor analysis and market insight reports.
- Depending on capacity and priorities, the candidate will also support the wider team on other FP&A projects when needed.
Skills and experience:
- Advanced excel knowledge
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple concurrent tasks.
- Commercial acumen.
- Ability to communicate clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong data analysis, forecasting and modelling experience
- Stakeholder management – manage and influence stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail.
