Are you an experienced finance leader seeking an opportunity to make a significant impact to the lives of young people?
We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our Trust as Finance Director, with the opportunity to also oversee IT, Facilities, or Health & Safety based on your expertise and interest. Working across our rewarding school environment, your leadership will play a pivotal role in driving financial sustainability and fostering a culture of excellence across our Trust. Your ability to develop and inspire others will be essential as you lead initiatives to enhance financial performance and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Whether it's optimising IT, maintaining state-of-the-art facilities, or ensuring the safety of our community, your contributions will shape the future of our schools.
Skills and Qualifications
- Qualified accountant
- Responsibility at senior leadership level for finance
- Experience of Board level working
- Demonstrable experience of leading a team effectively
- Experience of working in a medium to large organisation with a number of budget holders
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles
- Leading and managing projects from inception to completion
- Understanding requirements of key stakeholders and using professional knowledge to recommend and implement appropriate solutions
- Motivating teams to share a commitment to high performance and an ethos of collaboration
