Reed Finance are currently partnered with a successful organisation in the Crawley area who are seeking a Finance Manager to join their existing team. Report to the Senior Finance Business Partner as Finance Manager you will support on new business developments as well as taking ownership of the revenues and cost base, gaining a thorough understanding of the internal economics and working practices. You will use this knowledge and insight to systemically deliver a material uplift in the quality and timeliness of commercial decision making, cost analysis, financial comprehension, planning, efficiency and governance.

As Finance Manager you main duties will include:

  • Manage all day-to-day finance functions
  • Intercompany accounting
  • Setting up and maintaining financial models
  • Identifying metrics and KPIs to be set up as part of a dashboard and suite of reporting outputs
  • Prepare, plan and manage the annual external audit
  • Manage the budgeting, forecasting and planning cycles
  • Deliver driver-based P&L variance analysis with supporting commentary
  • Monthly balance sheet reconciliations

Requirements

  • ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified or by experience
  • Excellent communicator at all levels
  • Previous experience in a similar role, with demonstrable experience of key role responsibilities
