Finance Manager

CMC Consulting is collaborating with a top-tier B2C business that delivers premium services to its clients. Our client is seeking a Finance Manager to join their expanding finance team. This role will play a key part in maintaining the efficiency of the finance function and driving the growth of the business.

• Manage a team of two responsible for processing finance transactions
• Manage keys areas of the audit process
• Take ownership for the production of management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations
• Complete monthly variance analysis with appropriate commentary
• Critically evaluate the processes within the finance function looking for improvements
• Provide assistance to the forecasting and budgeting process
