Finance & Payroll Manager

This housing company is looking for a Finance & Payroll Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. They are a growing company that prides itself on investing in their employees and developing their careers.
Your new role
On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible:

• Manage all aspects of payroll, ensuring all staff are paid correctly
• Responsible for ensuring starters, leavers and any changes are processed
• Deal with payroll and pension queries and keep up to date with payroll legislative changes.
• Responsible for preparing staff cost budgets, forecasts and monthly variances
• Responsible for preparing management reports and Annual Remuneration reports
• Identify and manage key metrics and analytics to support decisions driving people agenda
• Automate all workforce, payroll & HR systems and processes

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous Payroll experience and up to date knowledge on payroll & pensions
• Advanced Excel skills are a must
• Able to manage and build stakeholder relationships
• Evidence of data analysis and forecasting is a must.
