FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT- MARKETING AGENCY

Newly created opportunity for an award winning global integrated marketing agency.

They partner with their clients to strategically enhance their branding, digital transformation, tech & creative.

You will partner closely with the group Financial controller, responsible for preparing and consolidating the financial accounts for the UK office.

They are a fast growing business so there will be plenty of room for career progression

• £70k-£75k

The role:

• Group consolidation reporting
• Intercompany reconciliations and reporting on group subsidiaries
• Conversion of foreign currency
• Review the balance sheet and problem solve any issues
• Own the whole audit process, working with external auditors
• Ensure group reporting is aligned and compliant with UK GAAP
• Ensure the year end accounts are compliant
• Review and prep the statutory accounts
• Tax returns
• Acquisition accounting when necessary
• Any additional ad hoc reporting projects

The person

• Ideally ACA qualified from an audit practice (media clients a bonus)
• PQE experience
• Strong technical accounting experience
• Strong Excel skills & systems and process savvy
• Used to working within deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
