Job Title: Financial Advisor - Permanent (Full-Time)

Salary: £50-55k per annum + commission structure + hybrid working model

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Financial Advisor, to work as part of a team of highly trained and experienced finance professionals, for an organisation who are driven to go better than traditional financial institutions are willing to offer. They are highly committed to offering high quality financial advice and superior products to everyone - not just too institutions and the select few.

They have developed some of the most exciting financial services products in the UK by putting the investor at the heart of everything they do. Their financial planning service covers pensions, wealth management, ISA and protection products.

Key Features of Role:

1. You will advise clients who will typically have less than £500,000 of investable assets; you will have the experience of providing pension and investments advice, insurances and mortgages to clients.

2. Expectation to work in accordance with compliance procedures of the firm with support provided by the para-planning team

3. To follow the prescribed advice processes for each business area

4. To conduct financial reviews and identify suitable opportunities for new business

5. Work closely with the London based team in respect to para-planning duties to deliver advice

Experience & Skills

1. Technical competence in advising on pensions, investment and insurances in the pre, during and post retirement stages

2. Accustomed to liaising with clients and providers via telephone

3. Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

4. Adaptable and receptive to feedback

5. Competitive, ambitious and a self-directed learner

6. Enthusiasm to grow with business in an ambitious company

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 4 Diploma Status

• Competent Adviser Status

• Recent experience of selling protection products

• Commitment to ongoing Professional Development

• CeMaP qualification is a preference but not a mandatory requirement

Requirements

1. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

2. To be a self-starter and be able to manage leads and report into the senior management
