A leading manufacturing company based in Grantham is seeking a dynamic Financial Controller to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making within a dynamic and growing organisation.

As the Financial Controller, you will be an integral part of the senior management team, responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management and reporting. Working closely with the CFO, you will provide critical insights and analysis to drive business performance and ensure financial stability. Great scope for progression, acquisitive group, looking for someone capable of being a CFO in time. 

Responsibilities:
  • Part of the senior leadership team business partnering the General Manager
  • Produce weekly performance reports.
  • Forecast cash flow weekly.
  • Ensure financial controls compliance.
  • Prepare accurate monthly financial accounts.
  • Reconcile invoiced revenue.
  • Lead accurate year-end accounts production.
  • Manage working capital and supplier relations.
  • Ensure timely statutory returns.
  • Lead and develop the finance team.
Requirements:
  • Qualified accountant or finalist.
  • Leadership experience.
  • Ideally, manufacturing industry background.
