Key responsibilities are split between Projects, Fund and Group Strategic Finance matters including:

• Financial Reporting
• Own the financial reporting process for all SPVs/projects, including monthly, quarterly, and annual P&Ls, balance sheets.
• Manage fund reporting with external administrators, accountants including quarterly
• Management accounts, year-end accounts, investor update, and annual audits.
• Ensure compliance with debt financial covenants for projects.
• Fulfil various regulatory and statutory reporting requirements with respect to Funds and project companies.
• Manage Investors KYC process
• Financial Planning and Analysis
• Develop and maintain accurate budgets and cash flow forecasts for all projects and group companies.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis to support investment decision-making processes.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives that strengthen finance operations and funding activities.
