Broadgate are partnered with a global insurance firm looking who are organically growing and looking to take on a new Financial Reporting & Control Manager. The unique opportunity will allow this individual to shape the reporting process and business strategy, whilst driving innovative change and efficiencies. This is a highly visible role with exposure to different business units and stakeholders, therefore communication skills are key.

The role is paying £80,000 - £85,000 + bonus

About You:

  • ACA / ACCA/ / CIMA Qualified
  • Strong communication skills in order to manage key stakeholders.
  • Experience within an insurance or financial services background.

About the Role:

  • Lead the development and delivery of monthly and quarterly financial results for the exec committee to make key decisions.
  • Develop key performance indicators to bring new insight and challenge to key stakeholders
  • Deliver robust and timely business analysis for the monthly and quarterly business reviews across the division, including pricing, distribution, servicing , marketing and projects
  • Lead on the identification , coordination and delivery of deep dive topics, through close monitoring of trends and discussions with key stakeholders
  • Lead the consolidation of financial plans and forecasts, working closely with key stakeholders and finance business partners to ensure robust analysis, accurate submissions, with clear and insightful documentation.
