Food and Beverage Manager

Our client, an enviable employer in the local area, are looking to add a talented and ambitious manager to their team.

The successful candidate must have experience of running multiple Food and Beverage outlets to include Hospitality functions.

This role will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer, with responsibility to be part of developing strategy to create innovative annual business plans and budgets inputs for the Food and Beverage Department, ensuring their successful implementation by working closely with the team to achieve business growth priorities. 

The main purpose of this role will be to manage all food and beverage activities across the site.

As part of this you will be expected to take overall responsibility for delivery of the Food & Beverage strategy and budget, the administration and analysis of the department as well as the Health & Safety / Food Hygiene Legislation across all kitchens and Food & Beverage outlets.

Food & Beverage team management will also fall under your remit as well as making sure the customer experience is of the highest possible quality which is key to the role.
