Rural South Kent

£11.44 - £12.55 per hour (Shift dependant)

My client, a successful and established organisation, are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Production Operatives to join their thriving team, with a variety of different shifts and working stations available (mornings, afternoons, and nights)!

The ideal candidate will be hardworking, with a high level of attention to detail, previous experience working within a foodproduction environment is preferred but not essential, and the ability to prioritise a busy workload!

Duties include:

  • Prepare production in accordance with daily order sheets.
  • Prepare all raw materials so they’re ready for production.
  • Stacking all finished products, and any other manual handling required.
  • Escalating any stoppages, faults, or imperfections.
  • Always adhering to all health and safety/hygiene guidelines.
  • Any other duties required.

The right candidate will have / be:

  • Experience working within the food manufacturing industry is preferred but not essential.
  • A strong team player.
  • Computer literate.
  • Helpful, reliable, and confident.
  • Quick and methodical.
  • Health and safety awareness.
  • Flexible and proactive.
  • Own transport is preferred as there is no public transport links accessible to this area.
