We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Foundation Lecturer to join our team. This role involves delivering engaging and interactive lessons to students enrolled in foundation courses and supporting their academic growth.

Day to Day of the Role:
  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students enrolled in foundation courses.
  • Support learners in developing essential skills such as numeracy, literacy, and study techniques.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and growth.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in the subject area.
  • Teaching experience in further education or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire students.
  • A commitment to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion in the classroom.
  • Ability to plan, organise, and deliver high-quality teaching sessions.
