The FP&A Manager will be responsible for producing high quality analysis and reporting to key stakeholders within the business, as well as business partnering with other departments. The role is key to understanding the key drivers that influence P&L performance and providing insight to management and board, as well as making recommendations for improvement.
Responsibilities
• Record, monitor and evaluate KPIs and targets across the business
• Perform financial evaluations on business units, customers, brands etc
• Perform detailed analysis of sales and margin and report to internal stakeholders and other departments
• Prepare channel P&Ls for monthly board reports
• Contribute to annual budgets and quarterly forecasts utilising understanding of P&L drivers developed in your analysis.
• Contribute to monthly management accounts and board reports by analysing key P&L accounts for variances and comment
• Contribute to analysis and control of rebate calculations and reporting
• Analyse balance sheet reports for accuracy, control and identifying opportunities and risk
You will need to be an accomplished Financial Planning and Analysis professional with demonstrable experience in delivering key analysis and reporting within a busy and complex environment. You will also need to hold or be working towards a recognised financial qualification such as CIMA, ACCA or ACA. Prior experience of working within manufacturing or distribution would be beneficial but not essential.
On offer is a salary of between £50,000 and £55,000 based on experience, plus a range and company benefits and hybrid working opportunities. #J11646
