Freight Account Manager

Freight Account Manager required. Our client, a leading logistics company offering a comprehensive range of services from E-commerce fulfilment to Freight Forwarding, is seeking an outgoing and motivated Freight Account Manager to join their team due to the departure of a longstanding team member.

Responsibilities:

• Managing existing clients and providing quotations
• Undertaking operational work in both Import and Export, excluding customs clearances as this is outsourced.
• Demonstrating knowledge of Air Freight, both Import and Export, and experience in providing quotations/pricing

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Freight role
• Knowledge of Import and Export processes
• Experience in offering freight quotations/pricing
• Account Management/Customer Relationship Management experience would be beneficial
• Must be based within a commutable distance of Hounslow

Remuneration:

• Starting salary: £35,000
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
