General Maintenance Operative
Liverpool Street, City of London
£35,000 - £38,000

We are currently on the search for an experienced General Maintenance Operative to join our client on their growing Commercial contract in the City of London. You will be joining a privately owned Building Service Provider covering commercial properties all within walking distance. This role will consist of PPM and reactive maintenance across 5 commercial sites. Following a fixed schedule of Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM 

This is a great opportunity for an unqualified engineer as our client will prioritise experience over formal qualifications.

Duties:

  • PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
  • Plumbing, Taps, Valves, Water Treatment, Tap Temperatures, Toilets, Pipes, Leaks
  • Legionella awareness
  • AHUs / FCUs
  • Plant room checks
  • Emergency Lighting
  • Fire Alarms
  • General maintenance duties

Requirements:

  • Prior experience within Commercial Maintenance (At least 3+ years)
  • Client facing 
  • Positive attitude 

Benefits + Salary:

  • £35,000 - £38,000 per annum 
  • Monday - Fridaay, 8AM - 5PM
